15/5 Challenge Day 21

“Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: ‘Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!’”  MATTHEW 21:9 (NKJV)

Hosanna. Do you know what this word means? Hosanna is used as an expression of adoration, praise, or joy! It was also used in praise for deliverance, or even anticipated deliverance! The people of Jesus’ time knew that He was the one who came in the name of the Lord to deliver them and save them.

As you go throughout your day, use that precious word—Hosanna. Use it when you pray to Jesus today. Talk to your children about it. Make it yours! Praise Jesus for coming as your Deliverer! It may feel strange at first to utter it since it isn’t a word we use often; but the meaning is rich and Jesus sees your heart. We know it will be a blessing to you today, mama!
