September Fasting Collective Episode 3-Joy

Hello Mamas! 🥰We are super excited to share the next Fasting Prompt Podcast episode with you: “September Fasting Collective Episode 3- JOY”

Here’s a little idea for your fasting time this week:

  1. Listen to the Joy fasting podcast- we lead you into a time of worship, prayer, and Bible study.
  2. Pick a day this week to fast one meal and use the time you would have spent preparing and eating food to spend extra time with Jesus
  3. Grab your Bible, your journal, a pen, the “September Fasting Collective Episode 3- JOY” podcast prompt, and anything else you need, and get ready to go deeper with Jesus on your fasting day this week!
  4. Listen to the “Joy” fasting prompt podcast- we lead you into a time of worship, prayer, and Bible study.
  5. Follow along in the following Scriptures: John 15:9-12; 1 Chronicles 16:26-27; Phil 4:4-9; Romans 15: 13; Psalm 16:11; Hebrews 12: 1-3; James 1: 2-8; Galatians 5:22-25
  6. Pray along with the podcast
  7. Then go into your own Bible study time- you can do your Help Club study with the book and Companion Guide or simply reading the Bible. You do you- do whatever you feel God calling you to do during this time. (Be sure to include prayers for our nation right now!)
  8. Journal what God says to you! Don’t skip this step!
