Encouragement for Moms Christmas Greeting

“Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.”   Philippians 2:1-2

Hello Moms,

Welcome to the Christmas Season! What a wonderful time of the year!

Christmas can be a delightful time in the life of a family, but it can also be a stressful and potentially emotional season.  There are many expectations placed on us moms by ourselves and others to be the PERFECT mom and provide the PERFECT Christmas for our loved ones.

The Bible tells us that there was only One perfect person who ever walked the earth, and His precious name is Jesus! This perfect person says that He doesn’t want us to do anything apart from Him, and this includes celebrating His birthday!

What if we all took a few moments each day to remember to celebrate Jesus’ birthday the way HE wants us to, which is spending time with Him daily in prayer, reading the Scriptures, thankfulness, and worship?

How different would this Christmas season be if we all walked together with Jesus through all of the busyness, and rely on Him to help us celebrate His birthday His way instead of trying to her everything done without His help?

Would we be less grouchy and frustrated? Yes! And we would also love our families, friends, and co-workers more patiently and kindly.

This is our prayer at the Help Club for Moms this Christmas! We are praying for all of us moms to stay as close to Jesus as possible and keep Him at the center of all we do.  We desire to encourage your heart and give you many wonderful ideas for having a Christ-centered Christmas and loving your family and friends well.

We are so happy that you have joined our Help Club for Moms community this Christmas!

With love in Christ,

  1. He will give me His joy and rest thru this season! I will hang onto these verses in Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
