Coconut Cheesy Eggs by Meagan
Ingredients:
1 tsp coconut oil
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Heat skillet on medium heat. Melt the coconut oil in a skillet.
2. Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
4. Scramble the eggs and top with cheddar cheese.
