In the midst of the beautiful, yet often challenging journey of homeschooling, we’re reaching out with a special invitation that we hope will resonate with the hearts of many. The Help Club for Moms is thrilled to extend an open invitation to our upcoming event, “Homeschooling with Heaven: Partnering with Jesus in Your Homeschool,” happening on July 12-13th, 2024. This isn’t just an event; it’s a call to draw nearer to Jesus in every aspect of our homeschooling journey, to see His handiwork in the daily lessons and the life-long journey of nurturing our children’s hearts and minds.

Here’s what we’ve prayerfully prepared for you:

• Sacred Moments: Join us for a Contemplative Journey on Friday night, a dedicated time for deepening our relationship with God. It’s a space to lay down the educator’s mantle for a moment and just be in His presence, reminding us that before we are teachers, we are His.
• Empowering Instruction: We’re gathering moms who’ve walked this path and seen the fruit of integrating Scripture and Jesus’s teachings into their homeschooling. They come bearing gifts of wisdom, not just from their successes but also from the hurdles they’ve overcome through faith.
• Heartfelt Support: As we kick off this year, let’s infuse it with an abundance of joy and encouragement, all sprouting from our rootedness in Christ. It’s about uplifting each other, knowing that through Him, we find the strength to continue teaching, guiding, and loving.
• Fostering Fellowship: We believe in the power of community, in the shared experiences and collective wisdom of homeschooling families. This is a chance to knit our lives together, supporting and being supported, as we journey through homeschooling hand in hand with Jesus.

An Invitation for Your Group: We’d love for your homeschooling group to be a part of this, to share the essence of your community with others. For $25, reserve a table at the conference, creating a space to connect and share your journey with like-minded moms seeking support and fellowship. We’re welcoming 20 groups to join us in this unique fellowship opportunity.

A Special Gift: To show our gratitude for your participation, each member of your group will receive a 10% discount on their conference ticket when you reserve a table by May 30th. Following your reservation, we’ll share a discount code with your group.

• Do I get a conference ticket included when I register my table? No, you still need to purchase a conference ticket to attend the conference. You and the moms of your group will receive 10% off the ticket price and will only pay $44.99! We will send you the code after you register your group!
• What will my space look like? Since we have limited space for groups and can only offer 20 group spots, you will share an 8-foot table with another group. It will be so fun to get to know your other sister groups in town! We will have a contest for the best-decorated table! The winner will get a fun prize!
• Will the moms come to my table? Yes! The moms will have a fun “Get to Know the Small Groups” time on Saturday and visit every table to get a sticker to enter to win some fabulous door prizes only avilable to the moms who visited all of the groups!
