If you were to ask what the single most important theme or goal of my life would be, without a doubt I would say, that I finish well what God started. At life’s very end when I stand before Jesus, I want to hear Him say, “Well done, good and faithful servant”. This fulfills the deepest passion of my heart! Are you with me?
Living life every moment with eternity in mind helps us to stay focused and single-minded to our heavenly calling as mothers and wives. Knowing God keeps us committed in His love, to stay humble, stay hopeful, and to stay faithful! Staying, even when it would be so much easier to check out or give up!
A few of my favorite verses can be found in Philippians 3:12-14💜
“Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
