Are your children feeling bored and cranky? Bring some excitement to your days with a “Fun Jar”! Simply write out a few fun ideas that can be done easily at home (you can make these as simple or involved as you would like). Tip: Make sure you have all supplies on hand before you initiate the fun jar.
When a moment of boredom strikes, send your children to choose a random idea from the jar! Simple ideas include: taking a family walk, building a fort with sheets, writing and sending notes to family members, playing games such as hide-and-seek or freeze tag, drawing or painting pictures, running through sprinklers, or choosing a good book to read to a sibling.

When you see someone has had a hand in writing a book for moms, you immediately assume they must have it all together. I do not. Maybe you don’t either. But I have some good news for you…we have a perfectly gracious Savior who loves us so very much, imperfections and all!
Together, we can learn who He is and who we are in Him, and together, we can take this one little life He has given us and pour out His love in a way that changes hearts, especially our own!
