“The wise woman builds her house.” Proverbs 14:1a
The Wise Woman Builds Her Spirit
Write 1 John 4:17- 19 in your journal. Answer the following question in your journal: How do you show love to your family, your neighbors, and perfect strangers?
The Wise Woman Loves Her Husband
Pray for your husband every day this week during your quiet time. Pray that your marriage will grow and be strengthened, that he will grow closer to your children, and that he will be the light of Jesus while he is away from the home.
The Wise Woman Loves Her Children
Teach your children Psalm 98:1 this week. Take an afternoon and sing praise-and-worship songs together. In our home, we often sing “Jesus Loves Me” for a nighttime lullaby
The Wise Woman Cares For Her Home
As summer begins to wind down and the beginning of the school year is on the horizon, stock up on your children’s back-to-school supplies now. If you start early, you should be able to find the correct items in the requested colors without making multiple trips to multiple stores. Now may also be a good time to work on setting the household budget. Start small if needed by setting a grocery budget. Do your best to stay within your set budget this week. This habit of being a good steward will begin to flow into the rest of your home.
