Mom To Mom: Mari Jo

Hello Precious One,

In moments of desperation, do you ever speak out and say, “Come Holy Spirit?” These are powerful words, inviting the Spirit of Jesus into your atmosphere. He already lives in you, but it is a good thing to ask because we can never have too much of Him! It also makes us more aware that He is near and that He is our Helper.

The Holy Spirit is so very pleased when you are mindful of Him and desire to abide with Him because He also very much wants to spend time with you. He loves when you share every good or bad experience with Him. He is never bored by you. He is your friend and He truly cares!

As you study this week, make it a habit to call on Him. Stay in His sweet embrace all day long as you go about accomplishing the many tasks calling your name. Ask Him to fill you. His presence makes all things easier!

Love,
Mari Jo Mast and the Help Club for Moms Team

“Trying to do the Lord’s work in your own strength is the most confusing, exhausting and tedious of all work. But when you are filled with the Holy Spirit, then the ministry of Jesus just flows out of you.” Corrie Ten Boom
