“And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.””-2 Corinthians 6:18
Do you ever speak negatively about yourself? Do you put your sense of self worth in all the wrong places? Do you find yourself believing the enemy’s lies about you? If you are anything like me then the answer is yes. However, I have found comfort and strength in the praying truth-God’s Word-over myself. Here are some of my go to verses;
👑 “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.”-Romans 8:1-2
👑 “What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”-Romans 8:31
👑 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”-2 Corinthians 5:17
👑 “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”-Psalms 23:1-6
Sisters, it is evitable that we will make mistakes but we have a God Who promises to walk through the highs and lows of our lives, no matter how messy they get. Never forget the truth of who you are is written in God’s Word-you are a daughter of the King!
🙏 Pray with me-
Father God Thank-you for Your love and calling me “daughter”. Thank-you that when I am weak you are strong, Thank-you, that Your plans for me are great! Thank-you for Your Word that reminds me who I am!
Love and Blessings,
